Section 44
Arrangements related to the management and investment of the financial assets of the fund
: (1) The use of the financial resources of the fund shall be as follows:-
(a) To carry out security deposit research and credit protection in accordance with this Act and prevailing laws,
(b) to incur expenses related to the admission process,
(c) To incur administrative and other financial expenses of the Fund,
(d) To repay the liabilities and debts incurred by the fund for the work mentioned in clauses (a), (b) and (c).
(2) The investment of the financial assets of the fund shall be as follows:-
(a) To invest in securities or bonds issued by the Government of Nepal or Nepal Rastra Bank in Nepali or foreign currency,
(b) To deposit investment deposits with Nepal Rastra Bank,
(c) To invest in non-competitive bidding of bonds issued by the Government of Nepal or Nepal Rastra Bank, (d) To collect investment deposits in 'A' class commercial banks that have been profitable for five consecutive years.
(3) The fund shall manage its financial assets as follows:-
(a) Investing in safe and immediately liquid sectors rather than in profits,
(b) Investing in financial instruments with an acceptable level of risk,
(c) To invest only in liquid assets when desired.
(4) Other arrangements related to the operation of financial instruments of the fund shall be as follows:-
(a) According to the liquidity situation in the fund, the fund may sell the debt instruments issued by the Government of Nepal or Nepal Rastra Bank on the condition of repurchasing.
(b) The Fund may enter into a liquidity agreement with the Ministry and the Nepal Rastra Bank for the additional financial instruments required for the completion of research, subject to the conditions in the agreement as specified.
(c) The financial resources required to complete the research process should be mentioned in the agreement as per Clause (b).
(5) The Fund manages its financial assets in an efficient, cost-effective, low-risk and necessary mannerIt should be done in such a way that it can be easily converted into liquid.
(6) The Fund may participate in non-competitive bids for securities issued by the Government of Nepal or Nepal Rastra Bank.
(7) While managing the fund's financial assets, the investment policy will be based on the principles of safety and liquidity rather than returns, with the aim of ensuring efficiency.
(a) To carry out security deposit research and credit protection in accordance with this Act and prevailing laws,
